At Reyn Spooner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Aloha attire, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After completing the online request, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
